Would you like to be part of the team in our young horse department? We are currently looking for a rider to become part of Future Dressage Youngster.
About you:
As a young horse rider, you must have experience with riding young horses, as well as a flair for the individual horse’s development. You must understand how to “hurry slowly” and be ready to show our young horses to customers and for licensings, suitability tests, etc.
Your tasks include:
- Riding, lunging and handling
- Light stable work (bringing in and out of the horses, feeding, etc.)
- Participation in competitions and other events where our young horses are to be shown
- Weekend shifts (approximately every 4 weeks)
We imagine that you have the desire and courage to work with young horses and a flair for working independently with the tasks you are assigned. In addition, we expect that as a rider you always demonstrate good horsemanship, are self-critical and detail-oriented in relation to the horse’s development and are welcoming and outgoing when showing sales horses to customers.
As our new colleague you have a 37-hour work week, and we would like to see that you have a good overview, a sense of order and are responsible. You are stable, hardworking and a positive team player who thrives in a team where you help each other and contribute to a good working environment.
